Please follow these steps to renew your materials: 
(When you are finished viewing or printing this page, close the browser to return to the library's website)

 

  1. Access the library website at: www.buenapark.lib.ca.us 

  2. Click on the WebPAC icon, which looks like this: 

  3. Click on Patron Information (on the left side of screen). 

  4. Enter your library card number. Do not type spaces between the numbers. 

  5. Click the Submit button which is located near the bottom of the display.

  6. A list of your “Items Out” will come up. 

  7. Highlight all the items you want to renew by holding down the Control Key and clicking on each item. When all the items are highlighted, click on the Renew button which is located near the bottom of the display. 

  8. The computer will go through each item and let you know if the item has been renewed or if it cannot be renewed due to reserves, maximum renewals, or non-renewable materials (like videos). 

  9. The screen will repaint with a complete list of items and their due dates so you may double-check your transaction. 

    Please note: Your card must be free of fines to renew material.
